What is Sugaring?
Uncle Nat’s uses a loose-paste, strip-free, hand sugaring method just like they have in North African and Persian countries since 1900 BC; where they used a mixture of lemon, sugar and water to remove hair from each other’s bodies in community settings. Sugaring is gentle enough for the thinnest most sensitive skin… strong enough for the thickest, most stubborn hairs.
How It Works
Sugar paste is water soluble and can be cleaned up with a simple hot towel adhering only to dead and dry skin cells for a more gentle exfoliation and less pain. It cannot burn the skin and is applied against the hair growth and removed in its natural direction reducing breakage. Book pre-care for more of all of the above.
Try Sugaring if you...
Want an all-natural hair removal service.
Uncle Nat's sugar paste is made with 100% natural, certified organic fair trade & biodegradable ingredients.
Want to remove short hairs
Sugaring can remove hair that is at least 1/8 inch, or about as long as a grain of rice.
Get painful irritations or burns from waxing.
Sugar will not stick to live skin cell, only so there is no risk or abrasion or tearing. Additionally sugar paste is not hot when it is applied, so there is no risk of burning the skin.
Like to change up your look!
Sugaring consistently overtime may refine your hair thickness, but is not permanent mode of hair removal. Whether you're on the hunt for your signature style or want to have the option of growing out hair in your serviced area, sugaring offers plenty of room to play.
